Secret Pals Give Komet Spirit New Life This year was a terrific year for clubs. One club that really out did themselves was Secret Pals. Secret Pals Showed Kearny High students what school spirit is all about. The Students of Kearny en- thusiastically followed the Secret Pals into the victory of real school spirit. Se- cret Pals focused on three major sports, Football, Baseball, and Basketball. Indi- vidual Secret Pals were given players in these sports. Basketball and Baseball were done in group form. The girls in Secret Pals made posters, goodie bags, and trays of goodies for the teams. At the end of the season the girls threw a party for the football players to meet their Secret Pal. The Basketball and Baseball players were kidnapped and taken out to breakfast at 4:00 in the morning. Secret Pals did a great job this year and were here to stayl!!!!! K N Being brutally awaken from his sleep at 4:00 in the morning, David slowly but surely gets out of bed.
