Born in Park CounTy, Indiana, Mr. Davies graduaTed Trom Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana wiTh an A. B. degree in EducaTion. Through graduaTe and posT-graduaTe Training in various uni- versiTies, he earned his MasTers degree.
