It started in the summer of '74 and never ended until June of 75. The Yearbook has a busy season. Diagrams' ' , Dummys , Layouts and excedrine , photographs and deadlines . It was a frantic drive, but with the leadership shown by Darlene Boehler, Editor-in-Chief , a dynamic staff never lost their drive . Joan and Judy Brown are typi- cal of the many underclass- men who were always willing to do whatever they were asked. Jean McGaheran and Jean Arlotta have really developed into hardworking, skillful photographers and all of the section editors found willing help from the seventh graders to the Juniors. They worked long and hard and without public applause - but they never stopped . Sue Dowling, Curriculum Editor Patty Hosey, People Editor H6

The Student Council, under the advisorship of Mr. William Trzaska , is whatever the student body is willing to make it. Like so many other activities, it needs the active support of the student body to stay alive . Among its more interesting accomplishments, the Student Council, two years ago, brought about a change in the dress code. The Council was instrumental in bringing about an exemption from final exams for students with B averages. Just this brief look at their accomplish- ments should prove that with the support of the student body, it is, in fact, an effective voice for the students. It can get things done . Something is happen- ing at K.H.S. There is a little club that seems to be getting bigger. The members don't have contests with other teams, they don't per- form, not as members of the club, that is. But they do perform. And this performance goes on year round, at home, in school. The club is the National Honor Society, and its members have performed so well in the academic areas that they are entitled to member- ship in this national organization. These stu- dents understand their task in school is to learn. These people have been outstanding in pursuing their educa- tion. They deserve our congratulations . H5
