Although it may not be comlorting, it may be salutary to know that nations have been shattered and great civilizations have been destroyed when the people were lound wanting in wisdom. Qur country is the only nation, with the possible exception ol Canada, where edu- cation as we know it, still exists, every- where else it has disappeared. America and our neighbor, Canada, are the only places where people are lree to teach the truth. lwo objectives ol the Axis powers are to stamp out truth and to destroy edu- cation as we know it.
