Both Mac and his wife are at every athletic event possible. Not only did they attend varsity sports, but they cheered on J.V. and freshman teams, also. Mac has watched victories and losses in volleyball, football, basketball, and even track. Mac and his wife have always been there with a friendly face when no one else was. The seniors of 1988 want to dedicate the '88 Lion annual in honor of C.H. Mac McClanahan, the most loyal sports fan for Kaufman High School.
