' To PHILLIP FREILEY, FRANKIE PECHAL leaves his well-worn paths to Seagoville and his spot in the alfalfa patch. SAMMY PENDLEY leaves to W. T. SHAW his ability to type fast?????? PATRICIA ROBERTS leaves to BETTY HICKMAN her position as coach of the ISL shorthand contestants. To ISAAC SIPRIANO, JAMIE RAND leaves his bashful ways and his old '59 Ford. You can borrow the Impala occasionally! To SHARON WHEELER, FRANCES REDRIGUEZ leaves her place as president of the Future Nurses Club. JAMES SPENCE leaves t0 JIMMY REED his title of Most Athletic and to WAYNE MCINTYRE his ability to get in and out of trouble with girls. To ROBERT WISDOM, RONNIE TYL leaves his ability to be speedy and to BILLY MCKINNEY his title of Mr. K. H. S. PEGGY WALKER leaves to LANDA HUGHES her long hair and all of its problems. To WAYNE WILSON, DAVID WHITTENBEIIG leaves his winning way with the girls of K, H, S, Good luck!! Page 19

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We, the Senior Class of 1963, being of sound but fatigued minds, happy spirits, and realizing that soon we shall be graduating from our home of six years, do herewith and hereupon, draw up, declare and publish this, our last will and testament, thereby revoking and making null and void all previous wills of testament published by us and all codicils, supplements, and agenda to such. PART I To the Junior Class, we bequeath our abused privileges, unrecognized dignity, depleted treasury, un- discovered talents, and one rock-laden parking lot. PART II Bequests made by the individuals of the Senior Class: JUDY ABBOTT leaves to CAROLYN WALKER her trips to Seagoville and her knack of staying in trouble. GRADY ADAIR sadly passes on one worn-out bookkeeping set which is to be divided equally between LINA PENN and PAT GARN. STEVE ARCHER proudly leaves his weak eyes and even weaker heart to JERRY MCDONALD. Better make the best of 'em. MARY BAKER HOLCOMB leaves her quiet mannerisms to DAVID KENNEDY. GEORGE BAILEY bestows his extremely late hours and wild rides on Saturday night to JIMMY Sl-IEHEE. JOHNNY BANKSTON transmits to RONNIE FORTNER his seven girl friends and Mr. Neal's Algebra II class. LARRY BARNES leaves to JIM McDOWELL his beloved physics book and the knowledge that Jim should have better luck with it. RITA BLANTON bequeaths her well-worn chemistry book and test tubes to ANN PILCHER and CAROLE CAMPBELL To HOPE THOMPSON, GLORIA BOWMAN leaves her fantastic hair dos and her ability to get along with the boys from Lone Star. JANELLE CALIAN hands down her responsibility of publishing one of the best papers ever fnext to oursj to TONI FOX. Keep the presses rolling! To BETTY BEDRICK, BETTYE CARLISLE bestows her title of Homecoming Queen and the responsibilities of being Head-Cheerleader. To JACK MCCLANHAN, she leaves an always hopping neighborhood. Don't let the Sophomores have complete control. MARTHA CAUTHERN leaves her outstanding athletic ability in P. E. to SUNNY REED. To GRACETTA RIDER, MARILYN DEES leaves her remarkable ability to be every where at once and her careful driving habits. Try to stay out of jail. EVA FLOWERS HAILEY leaves her third period P. E. class to SUE MCKENZIE. To JIMMY EVANS and FRANKIE VPZALIK, ROY GARDNER sadly leaves his Lone Star parties. LINDA GARN bestows her title of Most Versatile upon JANET TRAIL and to LINDA EDWARDS, one black fire baton and a pair of worn-out majotette boots. To LEE WEBB, RAY HALL leaves Mr. Neal, the entire trig class, and his Senior ability to roam the halls without getting caught. Have fun. BARBARA HATCHEL leaves to ELAINE NASH all of the happy memories of their trips to Terrell and to CAROLYN VANDERBORG, the long working hours at the Mart. To JACKIE GUESS, GEORGLA HETMER bequeaths her position as Mrs. Ashworth's helper and to DIANNE TRAIL one tarnished typing medal. JUDY HOWELL leaves to MARY COMBS a pair of low-topped tennis shoes and her place on the volleyball team. BOB TINSLEY and KENNETH KELLY leave to MIKE BLANKENSHIPand BILLY HUTCHINSON a well beaten trail to all the rodeos and two worn-out bull ropes. To JIMMY TURNER and ROBERT PRATER, JOHN KNOERR bequeaths his undying devotion to his English teacher. Use it to good advantage. BOBBY LANE leaves to JERALD GRONEWALD his ability to hit the basket every time. Just be sure it goes through the net! To GIRAND MCKINNEY, BRENDA MELTON leaves her place in the heart of Mr. Owen. KAY MYATT leaves to SANDRA DEES her title of East Texas Queen Nominee and to STACY ARNOLD her place as lead drummer. To OLIVIA GREGG, LINDA NORMAN leaves the office of F, l-LA, songleader. GLENDA NALI.S leaves to PENNY PORTER her own private room in the hospital. Page 18
