Grade 2 MRS. R. R. SL0AN7S We can see our progress is what the children in the second grade say. Learning is a happy experience. We were in the Christmas program. We were snowmen, snowflakes, and just 'aplaying childrenfl Our social activities included Christmas and Easter parties given by the room mothers. Mrs. Billy Morgan was our room mother chairman. Grade 3 MISS WILLIE PEARL TAYLOR'S This room enjoyed the Christmas and Eas- ter parties as well as other special treats given by the room mothers of whom Mrs. Ward Stanberry was the room mother chairman. Other highlights were making the magic Christmas mural, illustrating the Easter egg tree, doing dramatizations of favorite stories, and doing special projects with our social studies units. Mrs. Cyd Creech, Mrs. Hershel Poorman, Mrs. Ray- mond Barker, and Mrs. Ward Stanberry served the Christmas refreshments as the children were seated around the Christmas tree. Look on page 30 for another picture of this room.
