They represented every walk of life from athletic clubs to scholastic organizations. They were all individualists with one common goal, to get everyone involved in some type of club. Whether student interest was mental or physical, they made sure to provide an activity climate for proper club growth. The result was a variety of clubs which suited the student here at Katella. House of Representatives was composed of students electedin their first period classes. Though large in size there was little confusion as Reps usually agreed on what they wanted done. Headed by Brad Foster, Speaker of the House, committees were formed to help im- prove ou rcafeteria food, and to challenge the new bell schedule. Our campus grew bigger and better throughout the year. After much effort by the student government we finally got our pool and after two years in the planning, the student park neared completion. Sprinklers and planters were also added. Activities 43
