Social attitudes reviewed during year The Social Science Department of the past year of- fered a variety of courses and subject matter for the students, ranging from Psychology to United States and World History. Social Science teachers tried to relate historical situations of the past to present day happenings. Teaching the student the important facts of history and society, so that he would be able to cope with today's problems, was the main goal of the department.
