I get up in the morning and go to school Cause that's what some people tell me to do. They say l can't possibly understand because l've missed the Depression and didn't grow up with World War ll. They say school is a good place to lea rn, But I say Everyone has their own world lnthe Suburbs But I've been depressed, and in case you've forgotten, theres still a war going on. I worry about trying too hard So I hardly try at all And end up with nothing either way. l'm lust sittin' here. l'm a suburb boy. There's lots of girls and theres lots of boys Everyone Could manage to find some ioy But there's one thing I think's quite insane- Some of us don't get to know one another's name.
