The offensive line did an excellent job and was 1:170 01 Wed by Chris Arvis, David Mawyer, Tony Thacker, Dean Earman, and Kent Layne Davy Balderson, who 0 e114 gained 260 yards, enjoyed an excellent season at full back. Returning on offense next year are: Sean Shull, who '9 gmpleted 5022 of his passes and did a creditablejob at quarter back; Tori Campbell who averaged 20. 8 yards peih 900d I00 tch, and Paul Doyle who did a goodjob at end. 191Pi 6 The defense held opponents to 34 total points and a 4. 8 per game average. Jeff McCormick and Pee Wee Miller i ed the defensive front. McCormick had 5 fumble recoveries, while Miller had 3 recoveries and 2 interceptions. U 9Ule HQ Other outstanding line man and line backers were: Dean Barman, Chris Arvis, PatCuirie,To11y Thacker and- i i t Donnie Bonivich Outstanding in the defensive secondary were Jody Daniels, with 3 interceptions; Jeff Morris, Hear In with 2 interceptions, and Krag Cash who had 1 interception and 2 punts returned for touchdowns.Returni11g on Cheerleadg e1se next year are: John Krog, an excellent weak side linebacker, Mitchell Clark, who did a good job in the field and 011 speciality teams. Although there were no returning players from the previous year, the 1974-75 team overcame inexperience, injuries, and a tough schedule With a combination of enthusiastic eighth graders and poised ninth , graders, the Badgers ended the season with one of the best won-loss records in Kate Collins history The team found that hard work, enthusiasm, and selfn ndiscipline on and off the court helped them obtain their success this 34. season.
