As we reminisce, I suppose most of us 5, v A., ,- freshies recall the trembling knees, new faces, and the sopho- s- more who, with protruding chest ,.. and feet firmly on the floor, saun- tered into the Dean's office and calmly said Hi , And when the . , greeting was returned in the same , f , i nonchalant manner, we began to X feel that perhaps this wasn't going . to be so painfful after all. Dealings With the Dean In the fall we opened new doors 4 Helpful Hints :camp-I -mx-1 Un 1 1 Our Smiling Secretary Our first assignment for the year was regis- tration. We had to fill in those little white cards given to us by the Dean's smiling secretary. After that task was completed a counselor re- viewed them and offered us any needed advice. The ordeal seemed to be over, but as we pre- pared to leave we were again confronted by the Dean's secretary who had an outstretched palm! She very graciously accepted our money, and in return the doors of knowledge 'were opened to us.
