A MAN WITH A PURPOSE “It is my wish that each student who attends Kaplan High will be a better person when he leaves than he was when he came.” Our principal, Mr. Adlar Hebert, looks upon each student as an individual with potential. He takes time to help each student realize and develop this potential. SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS WARD NINE . . . Dr. J. Peverly Broussard, a practicing veter- inarian for ten years in the city of Kaplan, is currently a school board member. A 1948 graduate of Kaplan High School, he attended college at U.S.L. for four years and later Texas A. and M., where he received his D.V.M. degree.
