We have Just elected a very young president and he in turn selected a youthful cabinet to assist him in the guidance of our country. The influence of youth is dominating all areas of American endeavor. Indeed, the American economy Itself is becoming geared to a pattern of youthful management to a greater extent each year. Due to the fact that the student may now look forward to a position of responsibility within a much shorter period of time after graduation, it is becoming increasingly important each year that the American School System move forward in a program providing the most modern and effective teaching and it is indispensable that the program be developed and maintained on a cooperative basis requiring and receiving closer cooperation and the maximum effort on the part of the student.
