Nlary Rankin lThe VVomen's Athletic Association, sponsored by Nliss Ardis Hill, instructor of physical training, is a new organization this year. The purpose of the organization is to promote physical effeciency among Junior College women by fostering an interest in athletics. Emblems are awarded on the point system, five hundred points being necessary to earn a letter. Twenty one girls were working for a letter this year by participating in the following sports: vol- ley ball, basketball, baseball, swimming, hiking, and tennis.
