Class Hi tory As we look at Grandfather's Clock , we find that Long, Long Ago , in the fall of 1950 we, then numbering twelve, came Tramp, Tramp, Trampin ', into the halls of Kanorado High as freshmen. At first we were Bewildered , because we were called Green Freshie by the haughty seniors, but we realized that There'll Come a Time , when we, too, would become dignified seniors. The freshman year began as a busy one. Our officers: President, Ted Lohr, Vice-President, Hazel Estes, Secretary and Treasurer, Darrel Chistenson, Student Council representatives, Ted Lohr and Albert Schritter, and sponsor, Mr. Jones had a FuIl Time Job. The Long, Long Trail a Windin', seemed too difficult for Harlie Hahn, Dean Sivey, and Gayle McCallister. Our officers: Hazel Estes, President, Darrel Christenson, Vice-President, Daryce Donner, Secretary, Albert Schritter, Treas- urer, Max Winter, reporter, Ted Lohr and Jim Agnew, Student Council representatives, and Mr. Jacobs and Mr. Hays, sponsors, worked hard for The End of a Perfect Day . Finally the Good Old Summertime arrived. When School Days came in the fall, we welcomed Rilla Hooker and Carolyn Richardson as members. Norma Adair ioined us at the sec- ond semester. Norma thought My Work ls Done, before the school year was over. In the Pretty Month of May - we gave our Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom. Our theme was Good' Luck . Quickly our Junior year went Sailing by. Hail, Hail, the Gang's All Here . We wel- comed Rosemary Kosch as a new member of our class. We found a very busy year ahead of us. First was the Freshmen initiation, followed by the Homecoming Event, in which our class partici- pated. Daryce Donner was elected Homecoming Queen. Hazel Estes and Carolyn Richardson were her attendants. Darrel Christenson was chosen Homecoming King. Jim Agnew and Albert Schritter were his attendants. Another big event of this year was the Senior sneak. We also had our Senior pictures taken. Rapidly the year drew to a close and we all started talking about the Good Old Days Gone By . Our officers are: Darrel Christenson, Presi- dent, Jim Agnew, Vice-President, Daryce Donner, Secretary and Treasurer, Darrel Christenson and Albert Schritter, Student Council representatives, and Mr. Wolfe, sponsor.. Mr. Wolfe was wonderful in helping us with the senior play, graduation exercises and other class activities. Finally as The Long Day Closes , May 20, we marched down the aisle to receive diplomas. Together we had come Through the Years at Kanorado High. We're sure that we will never forget the training that we received and that we will always remain Loyal and True to Kanorado High. It is time to say Farewell To Thee as Now the Day Is Over . Sponsored by KANORADO CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ou. nsnnrmsnr Lumen YARD sLEvA1'on DEPARTMENT Wade J. Davis, Mgr. George Tonsing, Mgr.
