As sophomores, these students learned the whys and wherefores of clubs. sports. and studying. Elsie Mae Lambert, Betty Hill, and Patty Poyer were their leaders. The junior year brought a play, Hoosier School- master, and a prom in carnival setting. Vivian Lock, lihuer Anderson, and john Burns directed class activities. Donald Sublette. David VVood. and Marjorie Yocom took cliarge the fourth year. The class play, Uncle Cy Hits a New High, was staged on April 25. Teach- ing, eighth periods, and office duties were among the responsibilities assumed by the senior student-teachers on May 3. The closing baccalaureate sermon was delivered by the Rev. Mr. Dore N. Ester. pastor of the First livau- gelical Church.
