VAR ITY CHEER CAROL MCCULLOUGH Success comes in many different sizes, shapes, personalities and umph . The I 979- I 980 Kamiakin Varsity Cheerleaders had it all wrapped up into one high spirit- ed and talented group. These young ladies had their ups and downs but always found a reason to keep going on. Their continued motivation helped to inspire the spirit and pride of Kamiakin, that which alot of us at times found hard to find when key situations arose. The Cheerleaders were not only sports ori- ented: they were active and participating members within Pep Club: some worked hard each week putting the I 980 Totem in shape for you: some participated in spring sports. They were spirit , Mrs. Provinzano and I are proud to have advised such a group as the I 979-I 980 Cheerleaders, and wish those graduating continued success and umph . I 'ik DENISE WILLIAMS X

They were as spirited and com- petent as any group of girls that Kamiakin has had. They were ready at a moments notice to do the job' for our teams, continuing our high standard of spirit. Good Work!
