The cost of the exchange is round trip fare and whatever spending money the students require. Students improve their ability to use the language and learn to appreciate another culture. Kamiakin day finds German students in costume, Dirndl 's and Lederhosen showing slides of castles and scenic areas of Germany. The French Club is open to anyone who is now taking or who has taken French. Its purpose is to give students a chance to be together outside the classroom and work together toward common goals. The biggest goal this year has been to raise enough money to bring an Amity Aide to Kamiakin. Our Aide, a French girl who will be here during the Spring, will share her culture and language with us in class.
