When I run out into the stadium wearing a Kamehameha uniform, I feel proud and honored. I have come to realize that only a few Hawaiian youngsters get to represent the hopes of Hawaii. There are many students turned away, this is when I stop to really value the things I receive. - Garrett Awai A team consists of players who express the desire to work hard, possess qualities of aggressiveness, cooperation, respect for one another, and an attitude of good sportsmanship - to abide by the rules and accept victory or defeat with grace and pride.
