racquetball club the kamehameha racquetball club ' s aim was to get stu- dents involved and help them to become better players in one of the fastest growing sports in america. the club meet- ings were held either at kekuhaupi ' o gym or at the midkiff learning center, where plans for their first annual tourna- ment, exhibitions, and other activities were made, the club truly has enjoyed a year of success! jazz showcase the kamehameha dance theatre, a new addition to the many activities up on campus, was designed for the purpose of perpetuating jazz dance as an artistic endeavor, auditions were held in february for those students who desired advanced staging and choreography, these 28 students were specially selected for their superior dancing skills, this group was choreographed by pam san- dridge and assisted by Judy rasmussen. the theatre performed on campus, as well as throughout the hawaiian islands.
