it ' s a long and winding road hours of practice, patience and endurance was the route the cross country teams took to earn the title of 2nd for the girls and 3rd for the boys in the i.l.h. the teams also par- ticipated in the state cross country championships held at hawaii loa college, where the girls placed 6th overall. 216 sports
