1765 MR. WALTER CHANG MISS RUTH LOVETT Advisor Advisor Someone once said that nothing in life is free. What one desires must be worked for and sacrificed for. And so it has been w1th us, the mighty class of mne- teen hundred sixty-five, a long struggle to earn grades, letters, and friends. As prepsters we lived in a unique world when school was play and life a world of dreams. With the progression of years, we climbed higher on the ladder of knowledge and experience, until our dreams were fulfilled with the advent of our senior year. As we step forth into the world of adulthood, we will find life to be an even longer and harder struggle. But with the same confidence that we have shown through our years at Kamehameha, we will face and overcome the challenges and fears of the future. From individuals we formed a class. As a class we once again break into individuals, individuals with a future to face and overcome . . . young men and women striving to achieve the dreams of youth. Seniors hamming it up at the class picnic.
