This year the Girls' School was under the capable leadership of Jane Burge, and KSB was headed by Clayton Chun. Under the guidance of Miss Helen Lange of KSG and Mr. Rich- ard Greer of Boys' School, our student leaders strove for and achieved a well organized stu- dent government. Aiding the Student Council of Girls' School, was the relatively new Student Court. Headed by Chief Justice Karen Tsark and her Associate Justices, the Court worked for the sole purpose of aiding the students. The Boarder Council of KSG, too, was another active factor of an ever-working and successful student government. Sheila Brown, Gwen Machado-. Due to great effort and careful planning, this year's prom, Dear Heart, proved to be the most suc- cessful in many years. Dancing to the romantic sounds of the Starlighters, the juniors and their dates clung to moments they wished always to remember. . . . . such a lovely way to spend an evening. Juniors and guests dance to their theme song, Dear Heart.
