T With the end of the basketball season in sight, thoughts immediately turned to baseball. The task of filling the gaps left open by last year ' s gradu- ating seniors and producing a squad that would be potent and lethal, whenever they played, fell on the shoulders of Coach Tom Mountain and his assistant, Fredrick Meyer. Running long on hustle and spirit and a little short on tal- ent, the Mountainmen nevertheless proved to be the downfall of many teams. Never lacking for fire and determination, they continued to fight, hustle, and almost always came through with victories. X .ilflt P ' ' ; 7 •JAmi ti VARSITY TEAM.
