-4-vw --ni -q-- --.N The Keywanettes performed a number of services this year. The members helped in several charity events including the Aloha United Way and the Walk for Mankind. The Club also displayed their love for children by tutoring various Aina Haina Elementary students and by performing shows for handicapped children, For their annual fundraiser, members wrapped gifts at Kahala Mall during Christmas. The Clubs' final activity was a year - end banquet to honor members who donated their time to help the community. The members participated in several activities this year, including monthly quiz bowls. They also tool pan in service projects, one which re- quired them to watch over an art show at Kahala Mall. They ended their year by having a celebration at a banquet. ' I wouldn't choose that team if l were you', says president Luke Yeh to member Aaron Mamoka. ROTC: lst Joseph Anos, Jason Praticing daily after school. the musicians in the Kalani High School Orch- 'tra performed many concerts around the island. Several highlihgts include hristmas concerts at Ala Moana Center and Windward Mall. and another at ie Honolulu International Country Club. The Orchertra was also asked to erform at several schools during the year, like at Wilsom Elementary. With lans to travel to Canada at the end of the year, the members raised money y selling jewelry and saimin. Aside from teaching good communication and responsibility, ROTC also offers extracurricular activities such as Color Guard, Drill Team. Ranger Club. and Honor Guard. ROTC participated in the Aloha Week Parade, the Home- coming Events, the Veterans Day Parade. and Uni- versity of Hawaii Presentation.
