The development ot a sense ot religious devotion and practice in campus and community lite was the primary goal ot the United Student Christian Association. To achieve this aim, the USCA sponsored weekly vespers and service proiects, among which were: a special tutoring program, Christmas party tor underprivileged children, visits to the Kalamazoo State Hospital, and house painting on the north side ot town.
