The KHS band, under the direction of Mr. Wallace Onishi, completed a school year filled with school and community service. They played at each of Kaimuki's eight In- terscholastic football games and also at the annual Shrine football game. During the Christmas season they played in the Christ- mas program and in the Kaimuki and Kapa- hulu communities' yearly Yule parades. The Thanksgiving and United Nations assemblies are other performances to their credit. The Hawaiian Instruments group and the Choir joined the Band in presenting the Spring Festival a joint effort of the KHS music department. After participating in the island-wide Music Festival, the band made their last performance at the KHS graduation ceremonies at the VVaikiki Shell. READY.
