Andrew Nakano' The School Saving Bank committee and the Stamps and Bonds committee supervised and encouraged savings among the Bulldogs The Laminating committee was responsible for the laminating of the KHS identilication cards. The Bulldogs' cultural and social lives were enriched and enlivened through the ef forts of the Literary and Social Activities committees. The Literary committee sponsor ed and brought to the attention of the stu dent body the many oratorial and essay con tests and programs. Remember when .... were the lirst words voiced by students viewing the displays prepared by the Archive Committee. Besides recalling fond memories for the Bulldogs with these displays, the committee compiled a rec- ord of our school year for future Bulldogs. At the begining of the year, the Insurance Committee began the task of selling accident insurance policies for the '58-'59 school year. The Handbook committee revised our handbook and edited and published a new handbook for the '58-'59 KHS students. Dur- ing the school year, the Club coordinator committee completed alhlliating each club with the school and suggested many service projects for the clubs. Health standards were maintained at a high level through the efforts of the Health Committee who set up health policies.
