CASHMERES The Cashmere's Club is an independent money making projects to finance their busy organization composed of girls from Kaimuki, program for the year. McKinley, and University High Schools. The Junior Miss, in compliance with its purpose to create, maintain and extend throughout the home, school, and community high standard of Christian ideals, participated in many activities. Among them were, being hostesses at our school dances, decorating the patio, helping the Volunteer Service Bureau and participating in the YMCA World Serv- ice project. Many dances, picnics and hikes with boys from Roosevelt, McKinley and Punahou were enjoyed by all. During the Easter vacation the girls went camping at Camp Erdman. Ha- waiian Village was the site for their final event, a banquet.
