mm? Consisting of 18 iuniors and sophomores, the Kaimuki Pups were expected to field a strong team this year. Coach Isaac Aoki operated with the help of returning lettermen Gilbert Fukuda, Ed- ward Ishida, Arleigh Lai, George Osaki, and ll rookies. Edward Ishida loomed as the starting pitcher this season. Newcomers to mound duty were Joaquin Milho, Alfredo Labra- dor, Ernest Lee, and Bert Onaga.
