Men's Track Team Pole Vaults This year's track team is as good as ever. With good leadership and endurance by Coach Oliver and Steve Kleistuber the team will be very ambi- tions. On March 27, 1982 the team went to the Mustang Relays in Oceanside, CA. The team placed first in one division and they had a few record breakers. Mike Martinbroke the triple jump record with a 23'0 foot jump. Our relay team His brother, Ion Jam Martin broke the high jump record with a 6'8 jump. Our relay team also took first place in the State with a smashing 42 seconds. Which is the best in all of California. With all the talent on the team, this year prom- ises to a be a very successful one filled with a tremendous amount of excitement. 1 i .
