Moments of laughter There were many moments of laughter during Serra's first six years. Our school days at Serra spent with friends and foes were filled with many happy and lifelong memories. As peo- ple, we grow in relationships to our communi- ty. Serra has been a part of that community including a staff of kind and concerned peo- ple. Though there were some good times, there were also bad times that seemed to come be- tween the good. These times, unfortunately, we cannot forget. At Serra one found memories. Memories of that first love or maybe that first touchdown of the football team. Serra was a cushion for all the tough breaks in life, easing one into the Real World . One without memories is lost and at Serra we hope that nobody during these first six years will ever lose their way.

12'Theme Looking back with regrets Looking back on the last six years at Serra, there are memories of regrets and memories of intense enthusiasm. There have been disap- pointments, such as a football loss. Then was our desire to come back and smother those disappointments with our tremendous Serra Spirit. With each let down there would always be a full fledged, power-filled, unstoppable surge of strength. With this electricity we tried harder and made things work. Students, cheerleaders, faculty, and parents gave and responded to this ever-growing en- thusiasm. To this day, six years of enthusiasm is called Serra-Spirit. These faithful, hard- working students will carry on the spirit wherever they may go. f' Q gklf ,av s
