WINGS OF CHANGE Upon the wings of change that blow on and on our lives continually rearrange as we live every dusk and dawn. Our wings sometimes falter yet sometimes swift and sure but those which are the strongest are those which best endure. We live our lives as we fly away only to be judged on another rising day. Winging our way through time and space in hopes of reaching a greater place. Flying across ocean and sea as the world ahead unfolds before me. But sometimes we fall helpless and aghast and during times like these we sometimes ask What do you do when you are lost? Do you find your way back at any cost? Or do you go on not giving a care where you ' re going or if you ' re there? I must know where I ' m supposed to go ' cause ignorance and fear keeps me slow. It should be no sin to want to know deciding whether to come or go. A thought is a thought silent or said even if it ' s a fragment inside my head. If I ' m not careful thoughts will bring me down chaining my freedom captive to the ground. On shoulders of luck and wings of change we take our chances on each hill and range . . . . . . for now we fly on with dreams high and free but my greatest dream, my final act is what I make of me ... upon the wings of change.
