The school shall strive to balance the educational program to insure wholesome, all-around development of the individual with provision for the stimulation and develop- ment of all children's talents. MR. RAYMOND WAIER Mr. Waier, our superintendent, has fulfilled his second year at Jt. District 11. As more problems face our dis- trict each year, the inevitable pres- sures keep mounting on his shoulders. Aside from the many hours spent in seeking solutions to our problems, both large and small, he always has time for most of us--time to inspire us to higher ideals and to broader knowledge. 18
