It's new! It's different! Never before in its history has the J. H. S. yearbook been arranged as the events occurred. This was done because the Staff voted unanimously for this change. The Jay Staff this year was composed of thirteen members who worked together conscientiously to bring you the 1962 Jay. Two of the members joined after the picture was taken. These were the Freshmen, Diane Klages and Shelby Heinzelman. This was the first year that there have been Freshmen working on the Jay Staff, and these girls are to be congratulated. The Jay Staff would like to encourage more Freshmen to join in future years. 18
