Ylew On '62 This school year three subjects were added to the curriculum. Advanced algebra for- merly taken by correspond- ence, is now taught by Mr. Dahl to those students who need four years of mathe- matics for college entrance. French, taught by Mrs. Kielsmeier, and Spanish, taught by Mrs. Riegel, have also been added to widen the field of foreign language for the students. These subjects could only be taken by correspondence, as Latin and 2nd and 3rd year German are now. First year German, taught by Mr. Emanuel, has been offered to the students for several years. The fans also turned out to support their team, both at home and as they journeyed to their opponent's gridirons. To help the team improve their playing, movie films were taken of three home games.
