Fine Arts FINE ARTS includes courses in Music, Visual Art and Theatre . Emphasis is placed on creativity and individuality in all areas of art. Mr. James Cramer is chairman of the Fine Arts division, and assistant professor of drama. In the music section there is Ed Thomp- son, professor of music, assisted by his wife Alice Thompson, instructor in vocal music, Roger Wis- chmeier, assistant professor of organ and compos- ition. In the visual arts, Clarence Young, assistant professor of art and Paul Sitz, instructor of art, fill out the fine arts faculty. Speech is the newest development within the division incor- porating techniques of oral interpretation with mass media. Brooke Transue is part-time instructor of speech courses.
