Registrar The Office of the Registrar is responsible for setting up a challenging and balanced curriculum. Miss War- ner works hard to see that the class schedules for each trimester allow as many students as possible to fulfill their own individual academic requirements. The busiest time for the registrar is just preceding and during the time when the students are setting their class schedules for each new trimester. The Registrar keeps and maintains a complete record of every student's academic records. These records must be kept up to date and must be complete . The Registrar staff includes: 1. -is Business Office Where Student Affairs represents the social life of the campus, the Business Office represents the financial and economic life at Judson. Head of this office, Mr. H. David Root, takes responsibility for the expenses that occur during an active school year. He must make certain that money obtained during the year, whether by tuition and fees or donations, be used in the best possible manner. His fight to make ends meet never ends. Included in the Business Office's responsibilities is to see that the students on campus are able to meet their financial woes. Pat Shields, Financial Aids Director, takes an inter- est in each student's financial status from the minute an application for admission is received. He studies each stu- dent's economic background and tries to find the most suit- able form of financial assistance available. The Business. Office is staffed by the following per- sonnel. 5 'll 1. Library Staff The Benjamin P. Browne Library is one of the busiest places on campus. Mr. Don Peterson, Head Librarian, is in charge of the over 50 , O00 volumes that the library already has and takes responsibilities for ordering new books and periodicals that meet the needs of the diver- sity of professors and students. Along with books the library houses a collection of microfiche, over 340 periodicals and newspapers, recordings, and musical scores, audio-visual aids, and photocopying .
