October 24 -27 hosted the fall play: Robert Bolt's A Man For All Seasons, a. play in which Bolt sought to find a man who represented the universal ideal of what man should or could become. He found this ideal in Sir Thomas More, who sought to be God's man, no matter what the storm or season. The play was excellently produced. The college community was proud of the talents of the cast. Steve johnson designed the set for his senior project and deserves recog- nition. Paul Beyer, too, deserves Worthy mention for his superb portrayal of Sir Thomas More. Cast: The Common Man . . Girls in Ohio Hall took first place in the building decorating contest among classes and dorm residents with their develop- ment of the song My Favorite Things. iq' ' A pan-.....,, I , V ivw There was lots of excitement at the soccer game as Middlers took honorable mention for Judson set the Pace to Win' their decoration of the Science Building. Here the tin man adorns a pillar to the tune of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. The Dundee Scots band captured attention and held it during We Want a Victory! Thomas' trial, but finally More loses his head for daring to oppose the King. Steve Perry played the Signor Chapuys, who was always trying to get Sir Thomas on HIS side.
