These are only a few of the words which de- scribe this outstanding student of J.H.S. The people of Jourdanton will remember her not only for her academic achievements, but also as one of the greatest basket- ball players produced in Texas. She has been considered one of the finest good-will ambassadors this community has ever known. , It is with sincere admiration that the staff of the 1967 CHIEF dedicates this book of memories to a per- son whom we feel more than deserves this honor. Miss Carolyn Ann Domak Carolyn in her role as good-will ambassador for the community. Carolyn’s academic achievements have won her a scholarship. The job of compiling an annual isn't an easy one, but with the combined effort and cooperation of each and every member of the staff you have made this one a success. I know that at certain times it was very trying, but you always managed to pull through. Because of your hard work, everyone will be able to have a book of memories of the 1966-67 school year. But it will be most appreciated by you, the staff, because you can see your own creations and ideas in these pages. Now 1 would like to thank the person who made the completion of this book possible, Miss Jane Perry. Without her able assistance, patience, and sponsorship we would have been unable to produce this annual. Success, cooperation, and the fun of working together like we had, are the things I wish for the staff of the 1968 CHIEF. To The Students: We. the Journalism Class of Jourdanton High School, would like to present to you the 1967 CHIEF.
