The witches and ghosts line up for the Halloween Carnival Parade. One of the booths at the carnival was the Hat Bar. The winners! Annette Matochaand Donnie Bird- well are winners of the Costume Parade. The grown-ups play dominoes at the carnival. The youngsters are ready t0 ,lart Halloween parade.
