I v 0 - ' li- T I . 3' 4 TO OUR SENIORS OF 1961 The last few months prior to graduation are filled with anticipation of graduation. Activities of this nature reach their climaxes at commencement and ends most suddenly. History causes one era to pass, and opens the door for another to begin. Thus, the new era that you are facing will have its troubles and problems. Success will come tosomeg but, not to all. Success must be won but, many people are not willing to work toward such an end. You as members of this graduating class will be faced with problems more critical than any before in the history of our nation. ln actual scope, these problems range from local to international. Were it not for man's profound belief in justice and fair play and our faith in God, we would in all probability, despair. As you leave your school days behind, remember that, lf you put something good into every day, something good will always come back to you. During thelast several years all of us here, have tried to hold before you the highest ideals possessed on our glorious heritage and have furnished you with the training needed to carry you through these trying times unimpaired by littleness of spirit and hatred. My final word of advice to you is ln all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall directthy way. 1 ' I W. E. Hall B. S., Maryland State College M. S. , A. 8t T. North Carolina M.
