We experienced the joy of belonging and the harshness Grateful citizens of Siler City paid tribute to Coacl Bill Charlton at half-time ceremonies on November 6. Coach Charlton has been an invaluable influence upoi his students and the many players he has instructed. Agaii we say Thank You. Four of the many athletes responsible for our well- stocked trophy case admire several 1964 additions. They are Tommy Elder, Most Valuable Basketball and Baseball Player; Greg Brooks, Most Valuable Trackman; Steve Morris, Most Valuable Football Player; and Frankie Mensch, Best Blocker. J.M, celebrates a successful football season with a victory party. A well-deserved trophy for a mighty Phantom lineman - Jimmy McPherson, J. M. ' sMost Agressive Football Player in 1963. 22
