ROW 2: Mr. Decker, Mr. Martens, Mr. Anderson, Mr. Alm, Mr. Nelson, Mr. Futcher, Mr. Wallin, Mr. Goodrich. The Ninth Grade Advisors were usually our favorite teachers. If we had problems we could talk to them about it. They were usually at school long before we were, correcting papers and clearing up home room matters. NINTH GRADE COUNCIL Under the guidance of Mr. Anderson, the Ninth Grade Council planned the activities of the Ninth Grade students. It was composed of the class officers and representatives from each Ninth Grade home room. The Council took part in the following activities: paper collection, dances, Costume Day, ribbons, and the Class Memorial. The National Junior Honor Society had forty-three members, twenty-five having been added in the spring. They qualified for the society by having maintained a ttBtt or better scholastic average, and by displaying service, lead- ership and citizenship.
