The Jordan chapter of the National Honor Society inducted twenty-six new members, making a total of forty-three. Qualihcations for this select group are: scholarship, service, character, and leadership. At 8:15 gab-groups broke up and everyone hurried to home room. Our advisors took charge, handled the necessary business, and checked attendance. It was over quickly, and at 8:35 the bell started us off to another day of classes. The Jordan Student Council, under the guidance of Mr. Goodrich, organized and promoted many school activities, such as: auditorium programs, paper sales, noon dances, movies and after school dances. The Ninth Grade Council helped to transact Ninth Grade business. Representatives were elected from each ninth grade home room and, together with faculty ad- visors, planned and promoted class projects.
