l ouncil Home room representatives linked individ- ual classes with officers directing the student body, We voted for or against proposed assem- blies, dances, or pep rallies. Desires and peti- tions of us students were presented in council meetings for faculty and officers' council ap- proval. Through representation each student was given an opportunity to participate in gov- erning. With gratitude . . . and in an honest endeavor to prepare ourselves . . . to fulfill our responsibilities as citizens of this country, we, the students of Jordan High School . . . , up- held our constitution and did our part in stu- dent government. l x Resolutions were adopted . by officers' council members Kent Allsop, Raymond Ya- sukochi, Keith Stepan, Ida Mortensen, and P Kent Walker, to be presented to class repre- sentatives. They worked hand in hand with the student council in considering student problems.
