COURT More violations or better enforce- ment? Prisoners were brought to court by Marshall Ralph Brown, prosecuted by Attorney Billie Steadman, sentenced by Judge Brigham Gardner or Jus- tice Henry McCormick. Clerk Mau- rine Greer recorded the cases and kept things in order generally. Most arrests were for breaking bottles and throwing paper, reports Marshall Brown, and we're gonna teach them kids discipline or else.
