IT also believes ThaT people in a modern world are noT capable of selT-governmenT. This ideology seems aT presenT To have The upper hand in The conTlicT ThroughouT Europe and The Far EasT. The oTher ideology, To which youTh and adulTs oT America Tirmly adhere, is ThaT Through educaTion people can and will govern Themselves and be mosT prosperous and happy.
