The year has pmved that the student-body showed good judgment in selecting lfrnnk Wright president, Valera Sotfe vice-president, and Ralph Tucker secretary und treasurer of the student-hotly. These officers have worked diligently and unceusingly to keep alive ull student-hudy activities. The student-hody court has cooperated in regulating student behavior. We be- lieve that we have such a group in the Student Council of the jordan High School. The Council does not take the place or do the work of any other governing or advisory body, but it does supplement and aid every other existing organization, It serves as a medium of expression and better understanding among students and groups of students, and between faculty and students. The Council is purely a representative body, composed of one member from each first period class. This year marks the beginning of the Council, and its record thus far is commendable. The admin- istration thanks all those who have helped to make the organization a reality, and hopes that the coming year will see the favorable growth that might reasonably be expected.
